2 min Meditation at the beginning of Meetings – The Google Way

Google believes that Meditation can improve the Leadership effectiveness, cognitive development and also the performance of employees.

Karen May, Vice President, People Development at Google says that they begin every meeting with 2 minutes meditation. They us different types like Loving Kindness Meditation, Gratitude exercise, breathing exercises and so on.
After about 4-5 months they realise that they were all better people after those 2 minutes.
