Mental Health Week – May 2-8, 2016

According to Canadian Mental Health Association – Mental health is more than absence of mental illness. It’s a state of well-being. And Peace Tree Society has been aligned with this vision for the past 9 years, being very active in the community in conducting lecture workshops and providing tools to one and all for Overall Wellbeing.

At Peace Tree Center our vision has been focused on the simplifying the knowledge of Mind-Body Awareness, Overall Wellbeing and provide tools to unleash the potential of Human Mind through practices of Self Compassion Healing Program with simple physical exercises, Breathing exercises and Meditation for all age groups, and most importantly the subtle, simple smile on the lips.
